How can I see the condition of an item on a listing?Published: 01/13/2016 09:17 AM Updated: 01/26/2017 07:26 PM
If you are purchasing from the currently listed seller, the condition of the item will be beneath the badges in the pricing area.
If you are purchasing from a seller in the "More Buying Choices" menu, the condition of the item from that seller will be in the second column beneath the product and shipping price.
The conditions of the products we carry and their definitions are:
|Brand New||This means the product will ship as received by the manufacturer, sealed, with all advertised components, and with the manufacturer warranty.|
|Used New||This means that the product has been opened, but contains the manufacturer box, warranty, and components found with the original product. This could be used for items like non-defective returns.|
|Used Very Good||This means that the product has been opened, may show very minor signs of use, but contains the manufacturer box, warranty, and components found with the original product. This could be used for items like non-defective returns that may have been open or barely used.|
|Used Good||This means that the item has been used, but is still in a good working condition. It may be missing some packaging or components and the warranty may or may not be valid. If there are any issues beyond signs of use, they should be disclosed on the listing.|
|Used Acceptable||This means the item is in working condition, but shows signs of use, may be missing packaging or components, and the warranty may not be available. If there are any issues beyond signs of use, they should be disclosed on the listing.|
|Refurbished||This means the product was tested and repaired as required to meet the standards of the refurbisher, which may or may not be the original manufacturer. Any exceptions to the condition of the item outside the manufacturer’s information should be provided in the listing, up to and including warranty details.|
|Open Box||Open Box is for items of the same quality as brand new items and carry the manufacturer warranty, but may not come in the original manufacturer packaging and may be missing manuals. This is typically used for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products.|
