How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please:

  1. Locate the order you wish to cancel
  2. Click the "Request to cancel" link located directly below the shipping address of the item


Please allow 1 business day for this request to be processed. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled and can expect any authorizations, funds, or Rakuten Super Points™ to be released back into your account within 1 to 2 business days.

What if I Don't See the "Request to Cancel" Link?

If your payment has been authorized and you are unable to cancel your order using the "Request to cancel" link, or your order enters the shipping stage before your request is processed, please contact the seller directly to see what options they may have for you.


Preordered games, videos, DVDs and books enter the shipping process when the order is created. This happens prior to release date in order to ensure timely delivery. As a result, preordered games, videos, DVDs and books cannot be canceled without contacting the seller.
