How do I contact a Rakuten.com Seller?

Prior to Ordering

Beneath the "Add to Cart" button of all item listings will be the seller's name with a "Return Policy" link that will bring you to the seller's return information.


The seller's return policy page will also have a tab labeled "Customer Service" that you may click on to find all the seller's contact information.



Order is Processing

To contact a Rakuten.com Seller when your order is processing, please:

  1. Access your order history
  2. Locate the order you wish to inquire about
  3. Click on the name of the seller in messaging located under "Available Actions"


This will open an email you may use to contact the seller. Rakuten.com holds its marketplace sellers to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back from your Rakuten.com Seller within 2 business days after contacting them.


Order has been Shipped or Delivered

To contact a Rakuten.com Seller when your order is processing, please:

  1. Access your order history
  2. Locate the order you wish to inquire about
  3. Click the "Contact Seller" link under "Available Actions" header on the right to access a Web form you may use to contact the seller.


This will give you access to a Web form you may use to contact the shop owner. Rakuten.com holds its marketplace sellers to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back from your Rakuten.com Seller within 2 business days after contacting them.


What if I have trouble contacting a seller?

If you do not see the "Contact Seller" link or the seller is unresponsive after 2 business days, we will be glad to help so please feel free to contact us.
