To change the email address associated with your Rakuten.com Account, please follow these steps:
- Click the "My Account" drop down menu located at the top of any page
- Click "Change Email Address or Password" located directly under “Account Settings” in the “Settings” section of the page
- Click "Change Email Address or Password" located under "Account Settings" in the "Settings" category
- Log into your Rakuten.com Account
- Enter the new desired email address in the "Enter your new email address" field and retype the same email address in the "Please re-confirm your new email address" field
- Enter your password
- Click the “Continue” button to confirm this change
Once completed a confirmation email will be sent to your previous email address informing you that you have successfully changed your preferences in your Rakuten.com Account. If this change was made by mistake, you will receive instructions to undo these changes in the confirmation email.
If you are opted into promotional emails, the old email address will remain subscribed to any existing promotions you have selected, and the new email address is not automatically subscribed. You may subscribe or unsubscribe a specific email address from our promotions at any time.
