The company’s flagship product is its Sichuan Chili Crisp, a savory, crunchy hot sauce the company claims you can put on anything: fried eggs, vegetables, meat, carbs and even vanilla ice cream. The company calls itself “not traditional, but personal,” which means the crisp isn’t exactly what you’d find in Sichuan Province, but it accurately represents its founder’s experiences as a Chinese-American person.
