No Documentation

Item arrives with no documentation and a disk with multiple drivers. No hint which driver to install. After multiple efforts, the item did not work at all. I am a computer professional.

Great price

This was a steal. With 2 fully functional 3.0 ports I can transfer with friends without the slow speed of 2.0.
