Belkin is by far one of the best in the electronics industry. I've never had problems with any of their A/V cables, surge protectors and electronics accessories. It is being used at the moment to connect my PS3 to my HD 1080p TV and the quality is superb! Most HDMI cables average around $30 or more at 6' length or more which makes this an even better investment.
Much better deal than some companies are selling what is basically just a piece of wire(s)with molded connectors for, and about 1/2 the price of anything at the retail stores. This, like all Belkin I have used is well made, works great, and a good value. Getting full 1080i plus audio from the fios DVR over just this cable to our 42" LCD.
High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI™), the future of HDTV, enables delivery of both high-definition video and multichannel, digital audio through just one cable. It offers an ideal way to connect digital displays such as HDTVs, plasma displays, DLP TVs, LCD TVs, and projectors. HDMI interface also provides an all-digital connection between such source devices as HDTVs, DVD players/recorders, digital cable/satellite boxes, and AV receivers.
