What a fun workout! Your heartrate will get up there, you'll sweat & burn tons of calories. Even with dance experience I wasn't sure if I'd get it, but by starting with the express options, it makes it easier to learn the moves before doing the entire workout at once. They were far easier to get than I originally thought. It may take 3-4 tries; but you won't get easily bored with this one. If you like dance workouts--this is highly recommended.
