The Ride Continues in Fine Style
Continuing on in the fantastic world of her first book, "First Rider's Call" picks up with our reluctant heroin Karigan a few years forward in her life with The Riders. Same quality writing from Britain as we saw in the first novel, deep characters, many of them brought forward from the first novel, so we're seeing more of them, quality dialog and prose in a good balance, engaging story line. If you enjoyed the first, you'll enjoy the second... though they should stand alone quite well. One thing I particularly appreciated in this sequel was a lack of excessive expositional material recovering the events of the first novel.
