This video is great for understanding what the plyometric movements look like in action. Most people pick up a book, which tries to explain these complex movements with words. Its very difficult to look at pictures and then try and re-create these exercises. This Video, breaks down each exercise and has multiple atheletes performing the movements. Jim Radcliffe is very well respected in his field of Exercise Movement Sciences. This Video is for the coach wanting to get a competive edge on his competition, and preparing his players for the rigorous work outs at the college level; And for atheletes wanting to improve their speed, jumping ability, quickness, power and form. Due to the complexity of these movements and the degree of dificulty of some of the exercises, I do not suggest these movements for athelets under the age of 14.
