I have "watched" (pardon the pun) the ads for Invicta watches for quite some time and read reviews ranging from terrible to incredible. I have to say that I lean more toward incredible considering the amount I paid for my Invicta Speedway and comparison to my past watches, such as several hundred dollar Seiko, Timex, Swiss Army and Victorinix (plus a faux Rolex that lasted over 10 years which was free because of a NY street vendor that took off when a police officer started approaching, lol). I am not saying that my Invicta is as good as a watch that cost over $300 from other fine watchmakers but its initial quality of materials and assembly, excellent time keeping and functionality not to mention extremely beautiful (I receive compliments frequently), is phenomenal considering I paid less than $65 back in Nov.
I would recommend this watch as a daily and formal wear watch. If Invicta continue making watches like this, I expect the company to be considered like other fine watchmakers in the future.
Don't be surprised if a watch from Invicta's Speedway's series gets your heart racing a little bit faster. After all, these breathtaking watches are a marvel to look at. Whether a shiny stainless steel bracelet or a sturdy polyurethane strap, these chronograph timepieces boast multiple subdials to give you various measurements of time. A classy punctuation to just about any outfit.
