I needed to modify this card to have it work on my Android devices.
Step 1, use SDFormatter to reformat.
Step 2, use Minitool Partition Editor to drop the exFat partiton and put a FAT32 partiton on it (gparted should work on linux).
After I did that, every device I have saw it just fine and it works like a champ.
I got this SDXC card when it was on sale. The transfer rate is very fast, on par with all the other top brand SDXC cards. More than enough of what's needed for my Samsung S4 Android smart phone
Works as advertised in my Android smart phone (an Xperia Play).
Unlike a large portion of the 64GB microSD cards sold on internet stores and eBay, this Kingston card really is 64GB and not a knock-off 32GB card falsely sold as a 64GB card. A great deal for $30, I plan on buying several more for gifts.
This 64GB microSDXC card offers higher storage for more music, more videos, more pictures, more games — more of everything you need in today’s mobile world. This card allows you to maximize today’s revolutionary mobile devices. Kingston’s microSDHC/SDXC cards use a speed “class” rating that guarantees a minimum data transfer rate for optimum performance with devices that use microSDHC/SDXC. Class 10 cards have a minimum data transfer rate of 10MB/s, which is great for HD video recordings.
