Great Fast Read

by DC Dan on 12/19/2006

This book does a great job in explaining in laymen's terms the mental factors that go into eating. Rather than just anecdotal evidence, most of the ideas in the book are backed by scientific experiments, usually performed by the author's lab, his colleagues or the US Army. If you've ever found yourself wondering why you are eating or where that whole bag of chips went you'll appreciate this book.
