A very important book
Mindless Eating is not a weight loss book per se. Rather you become increasingly aware of what you are eating why, when, and the author has done his research at Cornell University so he may not be the only expert but he is an expert. He loves and eats food including french fried potatoes. That ought to give you an idea that this book is not preachy. He writes with humor and his insights are the kind that last in the far reaches of the reader's brain. Whether you need or want to lose weight, whether you are at a weight you are comfortable with, this book book is for you.
