The jury is still out
I bought this relatively small (physically and capacity-wise) UPS to back-up strictly a DSL modem/wireless router and a wireless print server to cure problems caused by frequent power dips and outages. Those were causing service calls and irate customers. Time will tell how this unit handles the chore. The office PC's have their own UPS's. Anyway, it seems to be a compact, well-built unit, the ability to wall mount is great for equipment closet backboards. My ONLY complaint at this stage is having to remove screws on the battery cover to initially attach the + battery lead. All other brands of UPS's I've used (Tripp-Lite, APC, CyberPower) have the same battery lead disconnected for shipping, that's not my issue; it's screw removal vs. depressing a locking latch. If you're a tech, time is money and besides, the plastic bosses that the screws thread into will be gone in 2 or 3 removals or if over tightened and stripped. If you're listening, MinuteMan, just re-design to a press-to-unlock latch on a sliding cover. Otherwise, a great little unit!
