You don't have to be a skydiver to love this book!
This is one of the best books I've ever read by far! I read it once already and just started reading it again. I am professional firefighter/EMT-B from Louisiana and I encounter stressful situations on a daily basis. This book will help anyone who suffers from fear and anxiety in any and all forms. This book teaches you about fight or flight and most importantly freeze which is not talked about in any self-help books I've read. This book tends to repeat itself a bit helping you remember what you read. One of the other key points it makes is about meditation and breathing which again was very helpful. I say if you have fear in your life that's holding you back in any part of your life buy this book! It really has helped me cope with my fear and perform better at work and home.
