I like this video a lot. The workout is not extremely difficult, but it's just right as a quick wake-up workout. In all, there are two basic core workouts and one chi-gong set. I've only done the beginning workout. I find it challenging but not rigid. Once it gets easy I'll go on to the harder one, which I haven't even looked at yet. And, the chi-gong doesn't even interest me. I find it slow and boring. But, I've read that other people like it. I'm just not into chi-gong.
