This medication should be administered at monthly intervals, year-round to guarantee protection from fleas and ticks. For dogs over 88 lbs, use the appropriate combination of these chews to ensure complete protection against fleas and ticks.Remove chew from foil-blistered card when you are ready to give it to your dog. Offer to the dog with a small amount of dog food or a treat. Bravecto 1-MONTH Chews should be administered with food to ensure proper absorption of the medication. Make sure the entire chew is consumed.Missed DosesGive the dose as soon as you remember, unless it is time for the next dose. Do not double dose. If your dog has missed a dose please consult with your veterinarian.Side EffectsBRAVECTO (fluralaner) Chews for Dogs: The most commonly reported adverse reactions include vomiting, lethargy, diarrhea, anorexia and pruritus. BRAVECTO Chews is not effective against lone star ticks beyond 8 weeks of dosing. Fluralaner is a member of the isoxazoline class. This class has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions includingtremors, ataxia , and seizures. Seizures have been reported in dogs receiving isoxazoline class drugs, even in dogswithout a history of seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.Other side effects may occur. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.Drug & Food InteractionsThere are no documented drug interactions with this medication. Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.Make sure to tell your veterinarian what other medication you are giving to your pet.
