Nike has found inspiration in many interesting places while re-creating the Air Force 1 over the last 40-plus years. The brand turned to the music world for it while designing the Nike Air Force 1 Low Rock N Roll (Women's).This Air Force 1 had a cream-colored upper made from suede and burlap, and it was covered with several not-so-subtle nods to the rock-and-roll community. There was a peace sign on the tongue tag and Swooshes on the sides that were made to look like gold chains. There was also an open mouth near the heel, and the same open mouth was used on the insoles of the sneakers as well. Nike finished the shoes off by putting the brand’s ‘Just Do It’ motto along the side.What we appreciated most about these sneakers in women's size was that they told a story while encompassing all the original elements that made the AF1 special.
