• What are the benefits of Rakuten+?

   

  Rakuten+ offers at least 10% Cash back at select premium stores whenever you shop on Rakuten.com, in app, or with our extension. Cash Back rates can increase throughout the year, especially during exclusive Rakuten+ events.
• Which stores are eligible for Rakuten+?

   

  Rakuten+ is a growing membership program, with partnerships at premium fashion, beauty, and accessories stores. Here’s a list of stores currently part of the program, with more joining every day.

• Are there any exclusions?

   

  Stores may have exclusions when shopping with Cash Back. Sometimes Cash Back is excluded from purchases made with gift cards or using a coupon code not provided by Rakuten. You can always find exclusions by using the See all Terms & Exclusions link on the Cash Back activation page. (That’s the page we show you before bringing you to a store’s website.)

   

  Currently, the following stores have brand and category exclusions:
  Michael Kors: Cash Back is not available on the Michael Kors Collection
  Moda Operandi: Cash Back is not available on Miu Miu, Prada, and Valentino.
  Neiman Marcus: Cash Back is not available on Balenciaga and jewelry.
  Proenza Schouler: Cash Back is not available on fragrances.
  Stuart Weitzman: Cash Back is not available on Disney and sale items.

   

  Make sure to check the exclusion list before finalizing your purchase for the most up to date exclusions.

   

  Please note the following stores are not guaranteed to be on Rakuten+ after March 17, 2025: Bloomingdale’s, Brochu Walker, Gilt, Indochino, Italist, Kate Spade New York, Mansur Gavriel, Moda Operandi, Rag & Bone, REISS, Showroom, Stuart Weitzman, and Stuart Weitzman Outlet.

• Why was I invited to this program?

   

  Rakuten+ is an exclusive program with a focus on premium fashion. Since you made purchases that could benefit from our membership perks, we invited you!
• How do I redeem my $50 bonus?

   

  Spend $250 on qualifying purchases at any Rakuten+ store within 90 days of starting your Rakuten+ subscription and we’ll add $50 bonus to your account. Make a purchase at one or multiple Rakuten+ stores, as long as you spend $250 in total and your purchases qualify for Cash Back. As soon as you earn your bonus, we’ll let you know when it’s added to your account.

• How is Rakuten+ different than Rakuten?

   

  While Rakuten's Cash Back rates can change daily, Rakuten+ will always earn you at least 10% Cash Back at select premium stores. You never have to wait for higher Cash Back rates to enjoy great deals. This means year-round savings on fashion, beauty, accessories and more!

• Can I cancel my Rakuten+ membership?

   

  Annual memberships are valid for the entire year. No refunds of prior payments or credits will be issued for partial use when cancelling mid-billing cycle. You can cancel your membership up to 3 days before your renewal date. Once cancelled, you will have access to your Rakuten+ benefits until your renewal date occurs.
