We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) depending on total shipment weight and the shipping speed indicated at checkout:

If the delivery location is unable to accept shipments from a certain carrier please notify Customer Service immediately so we can attempt to intercept your order.
PO Box & APO/FPO/AE Shipments: "Standard" shipments sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/AE addresses will typically ship via USPS First Class Mail. If you are a member of our US Armed Forces, thank you for your service! While you are serving overseas please allow 18 - 32 business days to receive your order.
Signature Required: At the option of the carrier and the delivery driver some shipments may require a signature. If you are unable to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery it is best practice to leave a signed note for the delivery driver with instructions on where to leave the package. Most delivery services will attempt delivery to your location 3 times.

Accessory Genie offers an exclusive 45 day return policy for purchases made through Buy.com. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
An RMA number can be obtained by emailing HelpDesk@AccessoryGenie.com or by calling Accessory Genie Customer Service toll free at 1(888)998-8879 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time). Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number.
All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase for refund.
Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase for refund. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Canceled orders, undeliverable orders, and refused shipments are subject to additional handling charges.
Please allow 14 business days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once we receive your return. Any merchandise returned without authorization or a RMA number may be refused and/or subject to additional handling charges.
