Shipping Information:
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes.  We use a variety of shippers, some of whom do not allow delivery to PO Boxes.  To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to any PO Boxes for any orders.  Additionally, there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States.  These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO or FPO mailboxes.  As a result, we do not ship to any APO Boxes or FPO Boxes.

Return and Tax Policies

Return Policy:
All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to being sent back. Return items must be received within a period of 30 days from the invoice date or they will be refused. You may exchange an item for the exact same item if the product received is defective. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fees. In all cases, Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges back to ADATA warehouse unless otherwise agreed between ADATA and Buyer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and additional shipping charges may be assessed for returns of items that are classified as "Free Shipping". For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee will be applied + any applicable original shipping charges will be assessed. Returned items must be sent back in "New" condition with the order receipt, all the original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came along with the item.

How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: 
Please email your return request to service_usa@adata.com.  
In the email, please state your orginal invoice number and reason of returning for smooth processing.
