How do product returns work?
Costumes, Lingerie and Costume Accessories may only be returned if they are unworn and in new condition, with original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt.
The following costume accessories may only be returned if in unopened and factory sealed packages: (including, but not limited to) make-up, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other artificial hair items, teeth, undergarments including stockings, noses, CDs and video tapes. These products are NOT returnable, if they are in a snap closure package or any box/bag that is not factory sealed.
Returning Shoes: All shoes that are returned must be unmarked (without scuffs), unused and in new condition.
Special Order Items are not returnable.
Please Note: If four or more pieces of one item are ordered and returned, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We strongly recommend that you use our online returns website at http://costumes.upsrow.com to print a prepaid label for your return shipment. Using this fast and easy tool ensures that your return package is properly tracked and delivery receipt is confirmed. When you use our pre-paid UPS shipping label, the return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the value of your returned item(s) when we process your credit.
You may also choose your own shipping method to send us your Product Returns. However, we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method that includes delivery tracking. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Return. All costs associated with shipping Product Returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned in 10 business days from receipt of your return. (May be longer during Halloween season.)
If you need a different size or a different item, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This process is required because the desired item(s) may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. This also ensures that you receive your replacement item(s) quickly. A refund for the original item(s) will be given as long as our return policy guidelines are fully met. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, and does not including shipping and handling on Exchanges. Follow the directions in the Return Instructions Paperwork included with your order to return your original item(s). SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGES
If we shipped the wrong item or size, or you received damaged merchandise, you must place a new order for the replacement item on our website and ship the original merchandise back to us using our online returns website at http://costumes.upsrow.com. There is no cost to you when using the prepaid shipping label downloaded from this site for these types of returns. When completing the online form, you must be certain to reference your new order # so that we can credit your account for the shipping charges on your replacement order. A refund for the original item and its replacement order ground shipping costs will be given as long as our guidelines are fully met.
