How do product returns work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 45 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Good Guys Electronics. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all product packaging materials, inserts, manuals, unfilled warranty cards, and all accessories. If the item is returned in a non original condition a restocking fee may apply. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on , and /or taped-on contents or cartons. We also reserve the right to refuse any such items due to above mentioned conditions. Defective products must be reported within 45 days after the receipt of the item. Before returning please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1(888) 211-9379 with a description of the defect and we will issue an RMA number. Include copies of your invoice in the carton and a short note stating the reason for your return. Please keep your original invoice. Print the Return Authorization Number given to you on the outside of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RA# will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping with the exception on defective items. Use the most convenient means of shipping. We strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton, not just the manufacturer's carton.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents, or cartons.
