30-Day Returns Policy:
Changed your mind? Not what you expected? Not a problem. You can send back your Hunting Gear purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price excluding your original shipping and handling charges. To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Any gift with purchase associated with your order must be returned as well.

About Our 30-Day Returns
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away with any concerns. Do not dispose of the box or packing materials until you have inspected your order and are completely satisfied with the product you have received from us. Please retain all documentation included with your shipment when you receive it.
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The packing slip that comes with your order may shows the final date by which we can accept the return. Our 30-Day Return Policy allows you ample time to decide whether or not you really want to return your purchase. Upon arrival at the Hunting Gear warehouse all returned items are inspected. If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. New or unused items returned more than 30 days after delivery is not subject to refund and/or credit. If your return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges.
Directions For General Returns
Returning your purchase to Hunting Gear is easy and painless! Here's all you do:
1. Contact the Hunting Gear Customer Support Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You will need to e-mail, fax or mail a copy of your proof of purchase Which is the invoice and/or packing slip included with your shipment.
2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the merchandise you are returning including the original packing slip in an appropriately sized box (you can use the original shipping box if it is suitable). Ship the product back to us. All returned packages must have the RMA number printed on the outside of the box. When packing your merchandise for return, please make sure that it is protected by packing materials and that the box is securely closed to avoid damage during shipping back to us.

4. We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip and invoice for your records.
If you prefer, you may use another carrier of your choice. In that case, simply address your return package to the Hunting Gear address shown on the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Please note: We at HUNTING GEAR recommend that you use trackable shipping option for your own protection.
After we have received your return, inspected it and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the exact method of payment originally used to place the order with us. Please allow one to two credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
You can expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of shipping your package back to us. We estimate three to four weeks because of the time required for return shipping, product inspection at our returns facility and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via e mail with the details of your refund and issue you refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
Returning Item(s) with Free Shipping
If you are returning an item that included free shipping, a small processing fee of $10.00 will be charged and will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Hunting Gear, turns out to be defective or was damaged in transit, please contact Hunting Gear Customer Support immediately so that we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
If You Want To Make an Exchange
Exchanging the item you purchased for a different item isn't a problem either. However, there is a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund and you're responsible for freight one way only. To exchange an item, follow the above steps for returning the original item and order a different item using the same method as your original purchase.
