Customer Satisfaction Promise

You may return any unused item for a full credit within 30 days of purchase, or 60 days for an exchange. The item must be returned in brand new, completely unused condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Items that have been used are not returnable for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 calendar days from the original date that the item was paid for, and we must receive the item no later than 15 days from the RMA issue date.

Exception: International Purchasers will not be refunded the original shipping charges. 

    Buyer's Remorse

If you change your mind or decide not to purchase after you have already paid for an item, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to stop the shipment of your item. If the item has already shipped, or cannot be stopped, simply refuse the item at the time of delivery. Upon our stoppage or return receipt of the item, you will be issued a full refund less the original and return shipping expenses. If the item was sold with free shipping, then the cost listed online at USPS or UPS for that item's weight, size, and destination will be charged as the original shipping amount. This policy will also apply to any items refused at delivery in which were not first contacted, and any international items in which the Purchaser fails to clear customs for any reason. 

    Shipping Damage

If upon receipt of your purchase you see visible damage, or suspect concealed-damage, you must notify the shipping carrier at the time of delivery, however DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY; doing so will cause shipping charges to be incurred and limit our ability to help you. If you have not purchased insurance, shipping damage is not covered, however please email us anyway; we can offer help in many cases. If you have purchased insurance, please immediately notify us of the damage and we will assist in processing the claim. You must retain the original packaging, and please note that the product may need to be inspected for claim approval. All shipping damage claims, including concealed-damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the item’s delivery. Any claim reported after that period will not be honored. 

    Dead on Arrival

In the rare event that your items arrives in non-working order (DOA), return the item to us, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will replace the item, or issue a full refund at our discretion. In order for an item to be considered DOA, Purchaser must inspect and test the item and notify us of any DOA claim within 72 hours of the item’s initial delivery. We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the item’s return. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We reserve the right to inspect and test all DOA merchandise. If the returned merchandise tests functional, then Purchaser’s will be responsible for return shipping costs back to them, otherwise we will pay for return shipping of the replacement. (International Purchasers will be responsible for all shipping charges, back and forth) Cosmetic blemishes or missing/broken parts on any item do not qualify for free DOA return shipping, as replacement parts for almost all items are available.

    Limited Warranty Terms

All Items are 100% brand new, and not refurbished in any way, unless the listing specifically states otherwise. All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase, except for tattoo machines and power supplies, which are covered for 5-years from the date of purchase. There are no warranties, express or implied, beyond these time periods. All warranty shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Purchaser, and any deductibles & return shipping to the Purchaser must be paid before the repaired or replacement item will be shipped. We will determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Requests for warranty coverage must include a clear copy of your original invoice. Purchaser modification, misuse, abuse, negligence or use of items for commercial purposes will void this warranty. Promotional, free items, and items that have been marked "as/is" "no-returns" or "no-warranty" in the listing / advertisements are also excluded from warranty. All warranties cover parts only; labor is specifically excluded. In all cases, our warranty liability is limited to the cost of the item, exclusive of shipping cost value. Deductibles: Deductibles apply for any product with a warranty period longer than 90 days. In the initial 90-day period, we will repair or replace any defective parts, with a $0.00 deductible / no charge, except for shipping as noted above. After the 90-day initial period, and for the remainder of the term, we will replace the defective product from our choice (depends on availability) of the following: a new identical replacement, a refurbished identical replacement, or a similar replacement. There is a nominal deductible / swap-out fee, exclusive of return shipping in this second period, depending on the value of the item. At the current time, for example, the deductible for a mini power supply is $13.99 and $3.99 for a standard tattoo machine. Swap-out fees are subject to change at any time, however they are always extremely fair. To prevent abuse, all warranties expire after 3 replacements or repairs, regardless of the time elapsed. 

    General Return Terms

For questions regarding our return policy, or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us at by clicking the ask a question link in any of our listings. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number must be inside the shipping carton of the returned item, but must not be written on the product's factory packaging. Please also include a description of the problem. To protect against damage, please ensure the returned merchandise is packaged in its original packaging material. All returns must be received by us no later than 15 days from the RMA issue date. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment, within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. There will be a charge for missing or damaged parts and/or packaging. Used items are not returnable, however in some cases we may agree to accept a used return; in this case, restocking and/or other fees may apply. Please note that time periods given are firm, and exceptions cannot be made.

Tax Policy:
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Global Sales through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Global Sales may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Global Sales through the Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
