Return and Tax Policies
All cellular devices are NOT RETURNABLE once opened. You are responsible for verifying compatibility and service prior to purchase, again, once opened cellular devices cannot be returned. Any defects are handled by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact your respective manufacturer for details.
Returns will not be accepted for printers, scanners, film, paper, chemistry and software. This policy insures that you will always receive fresh, temperature controlled materials. Defective printers, scanners, film, paper, chemistry and software are subject to their respective manufacturer's policies. All computers and tablets are not returnable unless they are unopened with all seals intact. Any computers or tablets returned opened without a RMA will be treated as used equipment, and processed accordingly. All professional series camera bodies (Canon 1 series, Nikon D series) that have shutter actuation counters fall under our 10 day return policy. In addition, ALL DSLR cameras and Nikon 1 series cameras MUST have less than 100 actuations on the shutter. UAVs or Aerial Drones, Quadcopters, etc. are non-refundable. If you receive a defective, please contact us immediately, and we will swap out the defective unit for a new unit ONLY if it has never been used, and is exactly as new. Once used, UAVs or Aerial Drones fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and again are non-refundable, and we do not offer support, repair, parts, etc.
A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Merchandise returned for refund, credit or exchange is subject to prior approval from NCC Management and must be in PERFECT COSMETIC CONDITION with all supplied accessories and undamaged packaging. All guarantee cards, warranty cards, instruction manuals and other printed materials must be unmarked and included.
Approved equipment and/or supplies returns/exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Approved returns/exchanges made 11-21 days from date of purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Date of purchase is defined as the day you place the order.

Refunds or Exchanges that result through no fault of Norman Camera (ordered wrong size/color/model, etc.) will NOT be credited shipping charges upon receipt. If your order received "free" shipping, or a discounted fixed rate shipping (i.e. $2.99, $4.99) and the order is returned for a reason that is no fault of Norman Camera, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the return. In the case of exchanges, regardless of whether or not the original order received free shipping, the exchanged item being sent out is subject to actual shipping charges, to be paid prior to shipment.
If your package is returned to us due to non-pickup, refused package, or otherwise returned to sender, the 2 way shipping charge we will incur from FedEx will come off of your return prior to a refund being issued.
1. Submit a request through Amazon to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in a secure shipping box. Products shipped in for return/exchange without external packaging will be refused.

4. For your protection, we recommend shipping the item(s) insured (full product value) with a carrier that can track the shipment (UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE).

All Sony product customer support is handled by Sony. For customer support and service please call 1-888-449-7669. Once the seal is broken on a Sony item, it is non-refundable as new, and if returned will be treated as used equipment.
The buyer is responsible for all fees, charges, customs, shipping charges, and any other costs associated with the return. You MUST contact us for authorization of a return and assignment of a RMA number. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of the return. In the event of a return, the package must be marked "VENDOR RETURN".
We do not offer exchanges on International sales. The buyer assumes all liability and risk with International sales. We can neither verify or facilitate support outside the US, that is the responsibility of the buyer prior to the sale.
In the event an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund.
Please ship all International Returns back via FedEx. UPS will charge brokerage fees even if the item is marked as a vendor return, and those charges will be deducted from the return.
