Shipping Information:
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes. We use a variety of shippers, some of whom do not allow delivery to PO Boxes.  To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to any PO Boxes for any orders. Additionally, there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO or FPO mailboxes.  As a result, we do not ship to any APO Boxes or FPO Boxes.

We hope you have enjoyed your online shopping experience with Renogy. We are proud to announce that most of the products on this site feature free shipping. For larger panels (above 200 watts per panel) we have to ship by "LTL" 3-5 days freight method (business days), also known as the "less than truckload" method, which is very costly. Q: Can Renogy ship to an international customer?

A: Maybe. We will have to check the rate and service area. Please e-mail us your address at sales@renogy.com

Q: Can Renogy ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

A: Yes, Renogy can ship to all of these places via USPS for small parcels and Fedex 2nd Day Express for larger packages, but there is typically a surcharge. Take an example of our popular 100W monocrystalline solar panel, the additional shipping fee is around $30. Please call to place an phone order if you have any questions.

Important information regarding freight deliveries fees

1) Return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for back and forth transportation ($250 each way).

2) Deliveries to a remote area - $50 - $280 extra.

3) Deliveries to a limited access area (schools/churches) - $50 extra.

4) Change of address/Rescheduling delivery will be subject to Storage fees ($20/day) and/or Rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

Return Policy:
Q: How can I return the items?

A: At Renogy we would like to make sure your shopping experience is unsurpassed, even for a return. We realize that for whatever reason, you may decide to return your purchase. If you do decide to return your purchase, we will allow for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item, so long as it is unused. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the products are returned in an original condition. This fee may be waived for the following reasons: Carrier damage, defective product, product does not match advertising, received incorrect product, product was an extra item not ordered. The return process is simple.

Q. What if my product stops working?

A: In this case we will have to observe the reason for this occurrence. If the damage is due to the manufacturing or our shipping process you can be eligible for a refund. If the damage occurs due to improper handling during set up by the customer, then the customer will not be eligible for one.

Tax Policy:
You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law.
