How do product returns work?
All of our products are brand new and in original retail/box packaging, unless otherwise mentioned on the listing. After the return period of 30 days from date of purchase has expired, we require the customer to deal directly with the appropriate manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies. Returns for products that arrived damaged or defective will be granted return labels; buyer’s remorse returns will not be provided with labels and a restocking fee of between 10 and 30% will be assessed, depending on the condition of the items when they arrive in our facilities. Shipping and handling fees or, in the case of items with free shipping, our shipping costs to you and will not be refunded if the product is returned. Please email us to request a return authorization.
All returns missing parts (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the missing part is received. Please inquire via e-mail about our extended Holiday Return Policy. Again, please do not send your return prior to asking for an RMA number by via e-mail. Returns without an RMA on the box will be refused by our warehouse and we strongly recommend shipping products with insurance and via a traceable method. The following items are not allowed for return/exchange under any circumstances if opened: Personal/hygiene products such as blankets, pillows, software, blenders/juicers, beds; food or other consumables such as protein powder, supplements. We reserve the right to update our policies without any prior notice.
