Return and Tax Policies
If you need to return an item, please email us to get a Return Authorization Number. Please include your Order Number and reason for return. We only accept return requests within the first 45 days of you having the product. After that all items must be serviced by the manufacturer.
Upon approval, We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Return Instructions. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA#. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for thirty (30) days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee a final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non-refundable regardless of the reason for the return. On items with Free shipping you will be refunded the purchase price minus the actual cost of shipping.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA#, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Please allow fourteen (14) days for processing returns.
Any products returned with missing or damaged original contents or false claims of defect, will be refused or assessed an additional restocking fee at our discretion.
RA numbers must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Shipments without an RA# will be refused. When returning items, it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that all articles are received and that they are received undamaged. Using an insured shipping method is recommended. We will not be held liable for inbound parcels which are misdirected, damaged or lost en route.
Non-Defective products which are still in new condition, in the original box and which still includes all originally included accessory items and packing materials may be returned within forty-five (45) days of receipt for a full refund. If the item is not in like-new condition or the box, packaging or any of the accessories are missing the refund is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Freight charges will not be refunded.
After obtaining a Return Authorization Number, defective products may be returned within forty-five (45) days of receipt of goods for a full refund. Any defective product, which is still in its like-new condition, in the original box and which still includes all originally included accessory items and packing materials will be exchanged. All merchandise defects will be verified by our returns department and must be confirmed prior to shipment of the replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will credit you for the original price paid for the product.
If an item has been sent to you as the result of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or duplicate order, please email us immediately for an RA# and we will issue a full refund or replacement order at the purchaser's option.
Orders are processed so quickly it is difficult to cancel an order once you receive your order confirmation E-mail. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to cancel it at no cost to you. Refused packages will be charged a minimum of double the original actual freight charges to cover outbound and return shipping.

If the price of an item is lowered after you purchase has been completed we are unable to refund the difference.
