Ethernet is the undisputed, global choice for Metro Access Networks (MANs) and Local Access Networks (LANs). However, existing copper access networks do not facilitate an end-to-end high-bandwidth connection, creating a bottleneck. This bottleneck is the first mile of access. This refers to the access link (most often a TDM-based copper circuit) from the business customer's offce LAN to their service provider's MAN. ADTRAN affords service providers the ability to remove this bottleneck through the utilization of an improved data transmission standard. This standard, ITU-T G.998.2, is known as Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM). ADTRAN EFM over Copper (EoCu) defnes a way to effectively and universally bond together, lower band-width copper loops or pairs of wires creating a Carrier Ethernet access connection.

Return and Tax Policies
At SuperTechSupplies we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to all our customers before, during and after your sale. Remember, we are not satisfied until you are. Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions. Receiving Your Order When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines: Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to SuperTechSupplies with two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise.
Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. SuperTechSupplies will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Please note all orders shipped out of United States and Canada will not be covered under our warranty policy.
Return / Exchange Policy
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of seven (7) days Special Order items are not returnable.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Customer Service for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from SuperTechSupplies a sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, SuperTechSupplies cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
No refunds or exchanges will be made after seven (7) days if any of the above conditions are not met, SuperTechSupplies reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less than 15%.
Most items sold by SuperTechSupplies are covered by a manufacturer's USA, International. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and/or the warranty period has expired, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
New York state residents are subject to sales tax.
