Valley Direct is an online account offered by Valley National Bank and offers a strong rate on their High Yield Savings promo account for new customers and competitive rates for existing customers as well. Don’t worry about maintenance charges, because Valley Direct doesn’t have them.

Cash Back is only available for new Valley National Bank customers who click through the Rakuten link and open a Valley Direct High Yield Savings Promo Account with a minimum opening deposit of $1,000.00. A "new Valley National Bank customer" means that all account holders must have no other Valley National Bank personal checking or savings accounts or certificates of deposit, including Valley Direct accounts and certificates of deposit, within the one-year period preceding the date of account opening.
