AI Signup (Accredited Investor Signup): New member creates account and self-attests to being accredited via a checkbox.
AIQ Upload: AI Sign ups upload tax or equivalent documents (e.g. W2s, notarized letters from their accountant/attorney, etc.) proving income of $200K+ for single, $300K+ as a joint household, or individual net worth >$1M excluding the value of primary residence.
AIQ Approval: Our investments team reviews documents and confirms their legitimacy - completing the new member process of becoming a verified accredited investor on the platform.
Special Terms: Using coupon codes that are not listed on Rakuten may void Cash Back. To be safe, stick to codes provided by Rakuten.
