Exclusions: Cash Back is available only on AI AIQ Approved. Members must prove annual income of at least $200,000 for single household, $300,000 for joint household, or individual net worth of $1,000,000 excluding the value of primary residence for two years to be eligible. Cash Back is not available on AI Signup and AI Upload AIQ. This offer and any payouts are from Rakuten, not Yieldstreet.

AI Signup (Accredited Investor Signup): New member creates account and self-attests to being accredited via a checkbox.
AIQ Upload: AI Sign ups upload tax or equivalent documents (e.g. W2s, notarized letters from their accountant/attorney, etc.) proving income of $200K+ for single, $300K+ as a joint household, or individual net worth >$1M excluding the value of primary residence.
AIQ Approval: Our investments team reviews documents and confirms their legitimacy - completing the new member process of becoming a verified accredited investor on the platform.
Special Terms: Using coupon codes that are not listed on Rakuten may void Cash Back. To be safe, stick to codes provided by Rakuten.
