Glossier Fall Sales & Deals with 2.5% Cash Back

Glossier, a cosmetics company specializing in skin care, body care, fragrance and makeup, got its start as Into the Gloss, a website where users could share information about their products and why they used them. The site was the maker's inspiration for its product line. Today, the company boasts that it makes products that its customers say they wished existed. It keeps a continuous conversation with its fans, and it ties the information to its research and development. It has locations in New York, London and Los Angeles that are extensions of the brand in every way. Along with the beauty care items, Glossier has a line of branded merchandise. You can find bags, hoodies and water bottles with signature logos.

The brand is committed to giving $500,000 in grants to the next generation of black-owned business leaders. The grant program drew nearly 10,000 applications from across the U.S. Four grantees were in the pre-launch stage with business and initiation plans and received $10,000 each. Seven companies were in the early stages of development, having been in business for less than 12 months. These companies received $30,000. Finally, five companies were in a growth phase and received $50,000 each. Glossier remains committed to emergent, demographically diverse companies.
