It's still constructed out of heavy duty military grade waxed canvas #10 (also known as wagon cover grade; essentially the highest grade of canvas). Heated paraffin wax is added to create a remarkably rugged and long-lasting water- and rot-proof material. Double-thick canvas, double-stitched reinforced edging, and webbed nylon handles make this a real workhorse that will securely and comfortably lug up to 9 good sized logs, split to firewood size. It will last you a long, long time, and you'll be glad to have it when woodstove season is upon us. Thick enough to hold it's shape when empty and loading logs.
