Camp Chef was founded in 1990 when founder Ty Measom discovered a void in the outdoor cooking industry. Out of pure frustration, while trying to cook for two dozen hungry scouts on a single flimsy stove—the idea of Camp Chef was born. For almost 30 years we’ve progressively created a better way to cook outdoors.
