Look for In-Store Pickup
Online shopping can be tricky this close to Christmas because shipping may take too long. Thankfully, many stores on Rakuten will allow you to pick up your order in-store — sometimes the same day. Most stores that offer in-store pickup still allow Cash Back, but check the Cash Back terms to make sure it doesn’t list it as an exclusion.
In-Store Cash Back
Rakuten is not only a destination for online shopping. You can also get Cash Back for shopping in-store at more than 100 merchants. You first need to add a credit card (Visa, AmEx, or MasterCard) to your account in My Wallet, then link an In-Store Cash Back offer to the participating store. Your card is now linked, and you can shop in-store as you normally would.
Events and Concerts
Not all gifts need to be physical objects. You could instead give someone tickets to an event or concert. Maybe your child’s favorite band just announced a new tour. You can get them a ticket and have it sent digitally with some of our online ticket sites, such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, and Vivid Seats. All four retailers offer Cash Back!
Rakuten Gift Card Shop
If you’re unsure what to get someone on your list, then a gift card may do the trick. At the Rakuten Gift Card Shop, you can buy e-gift cards for more than 150 stores and restaurants. You’ll even have the option to send the card immediately to your recipient’s email.
Refer-a-Friend
If you know someone else who’s doing some last-minute shopping, spread some holiday cheer and refer them to Rakuten.
