What is Concert Week?

Live Nation celebrates Concert Week by making millions of tickets available to the hottest shows for only $25. This year’s Live Nation Concert Week will take place from May 8th through May 14th. Early Access gives Rakuten members exclusive access to millions of tickets to over 5,000 in-demand shows in Live Nation's roster of tours across North America.

Concert Week tickets cross multiple genres for every type of live event fan and include performances by top artists across a wide variety of genres including Hip-Hop, Country, Latin, R&B, Pop, Rock, Reggae, Comedy and more. This year’s roster includes 21 Savage, Cage The Elephant, Dierks Bentley, Janet Jackson, Meghan Trainor, Peso Pluma and more.

What is Early Access?

Rakuten members get exclusive Early Access to purchase $25 tickets one day before the general public. Early Access begins Tuesday, May 7th at 10am Eastern Time and ends on Tuesday, May 7th at 11:59pm Eastern Time.

How do I get an Early Access code?

Log in to your Rakuten account and go to your Account page. Grab your Early Access code and link directly to the Live Nation Concert Week site to buy tickets and earn Cash Back!

Can I still get a Early Access code on 5/7?

Absolutely! Visit your Account page to get your Early Access code.

What if I don’t see my Early Access code?

Terms and Conditions

*Rakuten Concert Week $25 Early Access Tickets are available for U.S. events on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available while supplies last (“Offer”). Only Rakuten members are eligible and qualify for the Offer by logging into their Rakuten account to access an Early Access passcode (“Passcode”). Limit one (1) Passcode per member. Participating members will be directed to a Live Nation® hosted redemption website to select their preferred event and purchase tickets. Member will enter their Passcode in the applicable field on the event page to unlock the Offer. Passcode is only applied when member completes their ticket order. Maximum ticket purchase of four (4) tickets per Passcode across all participating events, dependent on the event purchase limit. Offer starts 10:00 AM ET on 5/7/24 and ends 11:59 PM ET on 5/7/24. Passcode expires 11:59 PM ET on 5/7/24, while supplies last. Rakuten may modify or cancel this Offer and Passcode at any time, with or without notice. Taxes may apply. Shipping charges may apply depending on ticket delivery method selected. Passcode is void where prohibited by law.
