24 Stores Offering Paid and Free Gift Wrapping
Online shopping makes gift buying all the more easier, but what about when all those packages come to your door? Whether you’re wrapping-challenged or just don’t have the time, it always helps to know which stores offer free gift wrapping or at least will wrap them. Believe us, you want to take advantage of all the freebies you can get on top of holiday deals to make the most out of your money. Check out these stores you can shop with Rakuten that offer free or reasonably-priced gift wrapping, both online and in-store.
Apple
Online: Select products are eligible for Apple Gift Package, which includes a signature gift box, red ribbon and a greeting card with your personal message. Just choose “This is a gift” when adding the eligible product to your cart.
Aveda
Online: Gift wrap is available for $5, which includes a gift card with your personal message.
Banana Republic
Online: For $5, you can package your order in a gift box, which is a packaged box with tissue, ribbon and a personalized message.
Bed Bath & Beyond
Online: Gift packaging starts at $5.99 per order. Based on the size of the items, they will be placed in the buybuy BABY gift sacks, and gift packaging may vary.
In-store: Enjoy a free gift wrapping station with branded boxes, wrapping paper, scissors and tape.
Best Buy
Online: Add branded gift packaging to your order for just $4.99, and other gift options can be added at checkout. If you choose Store Pickup, you can add a gift receipt. If you ship a gift to a recipient, Best Buy will email the gift receipt with a personalized message.
Bloomingdale’s
Online: When you reach the checkout page, you have the option to note that this order contains a gift. Including a gift message and gift receipt are free, and Bloomingdale’s Gift Wrap is $5 per order and each item in its own box. Non-registry gifts arrive in the signature black and white box with an elastic ribbon. Registry gifts arrive in the white croc-embossed paper with a champagne grosgrain ribbon.
In-store: If you’re a Top of the List Loyallist member, you’ll get free, unlimited gift wrap for all in-storrer purchases. Other than that, gift wrap options vary by location.
Brooks Brothers
Online: At checkout, you can choose to gift box your order for free, but it may not apply to some items. You can also add a short gift message.
buybuy BABY
In-store: You can call to check first, but most buybuy BABY stores have a free gift wrapping station with everything you need.
J.Crew
Online: On the shipping page at checkout, indicate that there are gift items in the order to select your gift options. For $5, you can request to have your items wrapped in tissue paper and sent in the signature J.Crew box with a personalized message, with up to four items per box. Monogrammed and personalized critter items come in their own box. Gift boxes are not available for larger and odd-sized items like shoes.
Jared
Online: If gift wrap is available for your purchase, it will show in your shopping bag. You will also have the option to add a message.
In-store: Request to have your jewelry gift wrapped in-store for free by letting the sales associate know at the time of pickup.

Online: Click the gift wrap option at checkout and write a personalized message if you’d like. Most items come pre-packaged in the free signature kate spade new york tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and packaged in a multi-colored gift box and ribbon. Otherwise, gift wrap is $6 per item and is nonrefundable.
In-store: Varies by location.
Kohl’s
Online: Only gift receipt and message are available. In your shopping bag, you can select “Add gift receipt and message” under the Gift Options section.
Lands’ End
Online: You have a few gifting options.
- Gift boxing: In your shopping bag, choose the Gift Box option for each item you want individually boxed. Each gift box is $7.
- Multiple gifts in one box: After checking “Gift Box,” click “Use This Form” to let Lands’ End know which items you want wrapped together.
- Multiple gift boxes: Check “Gift Box” and the “Use This Form” link to add instructions to clarify whose gift will be in each box upon arrival. Only the name of the recipient will appear on the card.
- Add a gift message: Follow the instructions on the Shipping Information page to add a message.
L’OCCITANE
Online: You can purchase a gift wrapping box or kit for $4 in your shopping bag, and it includes a beautiful folded gift box, tissue paper and ribbon for you to assemble. Add a gift message for free.
MAC Cosmetics
Online: $4.95 will get you a branded gift box, but watch out for any free gift wrapping offers during the holidays.
Macy’s
Online: At checkout, you can go to the Gift Options section and choose “Send in a gift box” for $6 per order. You can also include a personalized message.
In-store: Varies by location.
Neiman Marcus
Online: In your shopping bag, you’ll see “Add Gift Options.” For $7.50 you can include gift packaging, plus a complimentary blank gift note or custom message.
Saks Fifth Avenue
Online: To add a gift note only is free. Gift packaging is $5 or free for orders $500 or more.
Target
Online: You can add gift wrap to most items for a flat rate of $5.99. Note that styles and colors are limited and change frequently, which includes gift boxes or gift bags and red, white and bullseye designs. In your cart, select “My order includes a gift.” Under gift options, you can include a from name and a gift message. To add gift wrap, select “Wrap it for $5.99). Multiple quantities of the same item will be wrapped together.
Things Remembered
Online: Gift wrap is available for $5.95, and your times will be packaged in tissue paper inside one of the signature boxes plus a personalized greeting card. The gift will be hand-wrapped with the signature light grey wrapping paper and a dark grey gosgrain ribbon and bow.
Tory Burch
Online: Colorful gift wrap packaging, a personalized note and a gift receipt are free. Select the option at checkout.
In-store: Gift wrap is free in-store.
ULTA Beauty
